Four dashboards were never built to work together

Design in Printful. Push to Shopify. Do it all again for Etsy. Rewrite the description twice. Fix the tags. Fix the 2XL prices. Find out a week later that the Gold variants never synced on Etsy and those orders sat unfulfilled.

Syncicity keeps one master copy of each design and writes every change to each storefront and print partner for you. Anything that won’t reach your printer shows up in yellow, with a one-click fix.

From artwork to live product in four steps

  1. Step 1

    Pick the blank

Search Printful or Printify’s catalog. Colors, sizes, costs and print areas load instantly.

  2. Step 2

    Place your art

Drag your design on a photo of the real shirt, in every color you sell.

  3. Step 3

    Set the listing

Title, description, tags, SEO, storefronts and per-size pricing with profit shown.

  4. Step 4

    Publish

It goes live on Shopify and Etsy with mockups, linked to your print partner.

Everything you used to do in four tabs

See what’s broken

Every product shows whether its print partner can fulfill it on each storefront. Unlinked variants are flagged before an order gets stuck.

Edit 50 products like a spreadsheet

Drag tags, SEO titles or prices down a column, paste from Sheets, or fill from a pattern. Then save to every storefront at once.

One design, every storefront

Publish to Shopify and Etsy together, with Etsy’s own title and 13 tags where you want them.

Mockups on your background

Your print partner’s mockups on a solid color or your own photo, in the order you choose.

Profit on every size

Your cost and profit per size, right where you set the price.

Printful and Printify together

Each product shows who prints it. Use both, side by side, in one catalog.

Questions

Will it change my existing products?

Only when you edit them. Connecting reads your catalog and shows its status; nothing changes until you save.

Can it place or pay for orders?

No. Orders still flow from your storefronts to your print partner exactly as they do today. This app only manages products.

Do I still need the Printful or Printify apps?

Yes. Their store connections send your orders to them. This sits on top and makes managing products fast.

What does it cost?

[Pricing details. Must match the Shopify App Store listing.]
