Syncicity (“we”) is operated by [your legal business name], [address]. This policy explains what we collect when you use our app and website.

What we collect

• Your email address, if you sign in on our website or join the waitlist.
• Store details from the services you connect (Shopify, Etsy, Printful, Printify): store name, web address and logo.
• Product information from those stores: titles, descriptions, tags, prices, variants and images.
• Access tokens those services give us, stored encrypted, so the app can act on your behalf.
• Artwork and mockup images you upload.

We do not collect or store your customers’ personal information or order details.

How we use it

Only to provide the app: showing and editing your products, publishing listings, linking products to your print partner, and supporting you. We don’t sell your data or use it for advertising.

Sharing

We send data only to the services you connect, when you ask us to (for example, publishing a listing to Etsy), and to our hosting providers ([Vercel], [Supabase]) who store it for us.

Keeping and deleting data

Disconnecting a service removes its products from our app and deletes its tokens. When you uninstall from Shopify, we delete that store’s data within 48 hours of Shopify’s request. To delete everything, email [support@syncicity.com].
